Michi, what exactly do you mean by the slogan "Origins Unlimited"?
What are your personal highlights of the collection?
If you had to describe the collection in a few words...

The brand is originally from South Tyrol and stands for clothing, that lasts longer than one season. What other values does the brand embody?
How would you describe the style of Luis Trenker?
Our style cannot be categorised - which is what sets us apart: Timeless elegance with a love of extravagant details, casual Alpine chic with a touch of urban coolness: it has always been contrasts that attract us - and make us attractive. As proud as we are of our homeland of South Tyrol, we still keep looking beyond the peaks of the Dolomites to the catwalks of the world and are inspired by international influences in the design process. People around the globe should be able to relate to our fashion and enjoy the art of Italian tailoring. That's why it's still my biggest dream to one day conquer metropolises like New York with Luis Trenker - and I firmly believe that this will come true!
What three Luis Trenker favourites should be in every wardrobe?
In the men's collection, our Lusandro blazer has been the undisputed bestseller for many years: a classic model with a stand-up collar that we present in a wide range of materials and variations every season. One of our trademarks is also the knickerbocker, which is an authentic expression of our alpine roots. In addition, our rustic leather boot Lupaul, which is reminiscent of a mountain boot, and its female counterpart, which we have named Lupaolina.

For Luis Trenker, sustainability is a fundamental principle of the brand identity.
What actions do you take to implement the slow fashion concept on a daily basis?
Manufacturing in the European Union is crucial for us in order to minimise our environmental footprint through short transport routes. We also ensure that the quality meets our standards - and those of our customers - through constant interaction and close collaboration with our producers. My responsibility is also to demonstrate the values that Luis Trenker represents to my team, our partners and everyone else we are in contact with on a daily basis. For me, these values are the connection with nature, the love of home, the appreciation of family and the focus on quality.
Traditional craftsmanship is a top priority at Luis Trenker. What does that mean?
Working closely with small, family-run businesses, some of which have been practising their craft for several generations, has always been one of the most important pillars of our philosophy. The manufactory in the Italian province of Treviso, which has been making our leather shoes for many years, is particularly important for me to mention.
