Katastrophe
Sendung bis heute nicht eingetroffen. Online Tracking verändert sich nicht und der Service scheint mit dem Dienstleister überfordert. Schade finde ich, dass keine Kundenorientierung erfolgt und vor Weihnachten eine Ersatzlieferung angeboten wird. Man wird nur vertröste und um Verständnis gebeten. Jetzt liegt nichts unter dem Weihnachtsbaum und ich habe es vor drei Wochen bestellt.
