Below, we explain the differences between each box in detail. Once you've made your choice, simply add your box to your cart and complete your order as usual.

Now the real challenge begins behind the scenes: our styling experts, Johanna and Michi, carefully select the perfect items based on your answers and pack them with the utmost care. Before long, your package is on its way, and the anticipation starts to build. Soon, you'll be opening your very own Mystery Style Box!

Exchanges & Returns
Because every Mystery Style Box is individually curated for you, special conditions apply.
One-Time Exchange
If a single item does not fit, we offer a one-time exchange of up to one item per box, subject to prior consultation. The item will be replaced by Johanna and Michi with another carefully selected piece of equal value. Please note that you cannot choose a specific replacement item yourself.
Returning the Entire Box
Returns are only possible for the complete Mystery Style Box in its original condition. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, all items included in the box must be returned in full. Once the returned box has been inspected and approved, we will refund your purchase price.
This policy allows us to preserve the integrity of each Mystery Style Box as a carefully curated styling concept while still providing you with the flexibility you need.
