Houndstooth
Houndstooth, also known as pied-de-poule, is one of the classic check patterns and consists of two-tone, disjointed checks with elongated corners arranged in a jagged pattern. It owes its name to its resemblance to the claw marks of a rooster, which create an unmistakable visual effect. The history of houndstooth begins around 1800 in Scotland, where shepherds wore woollen clothing in this pattern to camouflage and protect themselves. It was not until the beginning of the 20th century that it became socially acceptable among the wealthier classes.

Our waistcoats
Often underestimated in its effect, the right vest can be exactly the keypiece that gives your look the final touch. There is a matching waistcoat for almost every one of our blazers and trousers, because it is the waistcoat that completes your suit. But it also looks good on its own, for example with jeans.
