luis.trenker The Winter Games are back - and so is a fun fact from the Luis Trenker archives. Back in 1924, at the very first Winter Games in Chamonix, Luis Trenker competed for Italy as part of the five-man bobsleigh team Italia 1. The result? A proud 6th place. Sounds pretty solid today… except fun fact: it was actually the last of the classified teams - three others didn’t finish or didn’t start at all. Lesson learned: showing up, holding on, and crossing the line has always been part of the adventure. 🛷❄️ #luistrenker #chamonix #winter
