Did you not like your order, or does the item not fit you?
Enclosed, you will find all the information about returning items.

Are you registered & do you have a customer account?

Then follow these instructions:

STEP 1: 

Log in to your customer account. Under “My Orders” you can select the order for which you would like to return one or more items.


STEP 2:

Click on “Return item”. You can then mark the desired item, choose the reason for the return, and specify the quantity of the item.




STEP 3:


Finally, you can choose whether you would like to receive a voucher for the corresponding amount or prefer a refund of the amount paid.




STEP 4:

Once all steps have been completed, you can easily download the return label. In addition, you will also receive a confirmation email for the announced return with the return label attached once again.

Place the items you wish to return in the parcel and seal it carefully. Affix the return label clearly visible on the outside of the parcel. Hand in the parcel at the delivery service indicated on the return label. For example, if it states “DHL”, then please take your parcel to a DHL location.

Did you order as a guest?

Then follow these instructions:

You can access your return label via this link. Enter your order number and your email address in the fields provided.

Then follow the same process as registered customers, starting from Step 2 (see above).

How long do I have to return my parcel?
In Italy, Germany and Austria, we guarantee you a free return right of 20 days from the date of order.

How can I return my parcel from other EU countries?
If you are located in another EU country, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected], so that we can organise a pickup. You are welcome to notify us of a desired date and time for the pickup.

How can I return my package from Switzerland?
Returns from Switzerland are of course possible. Please note that the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. The corresponding return address within Switzerland is included inside your package.

How long does it take to process the return?
As soon as your return arrives at our central warehouse in Bolzano (Italy), we check its condition and process the return within 3-4 days. Subsequently, the refund of the amount – minus the shipping costs – will be made automatically via the payment method used at the time of purchase.
