How long do I have to return my parcel?
In Italy, Germany and Austria, we guarantee you a free return right of 20 days from the date of order.

Where can I drop my parcel for return?
You can take your parcel with the return label to one of our partner parcel shops. You can find the nearest parcel shop under the corresponding link in the shipping confirmation e-mail. Please note that the parcel must be sent back with the same provider!

How can I return my parcel from other EU countries?
If you are located in another EU country, please contact us by e-mail at shop@luistrenker.com, so that we can organise a pickup. You are welcome to notify us of a desired date and time for the pickup.

How long does it take to process the return?
As soon as your return arrives at our central warehouse in Bolzano (Italy), we check its condition and process the return within 15 days. Subsequently, the refund of the amount – minus the shipping costs – will be made automatically via the payment method used at the time of purchase.
