What shipping options are available?

Standard shipping:
We charge 9.90€ for standard shipping to Italy, Germany and Austria.
For orders over 300€, we deliver free of charge to Italy, Germany and Austria.

To other EU countries the shipping costs are 19€.

On request, we also deliver to countries outside the EU: Please contact our customer service (shop@luistrenker.com).

We ship to the UK for 39€.

We will send your parcel to Non-EU-countries like Switzerland or Liechtenstein for 39€.

Shipping to Australia and the USA costs 80€.

Express delivery:
On request your order can be shipped out with Express Delivery for €19.90. This way, your parcel will be delivered within 1-2 working days.Pleas contact our customer service (shop@luistrenker.com)

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be processed and shipped after receipt of payment.
Parcels are shipped from Monday to Friday. In EU countries the delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days.

When shipping to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the UK, Australia and the USA or to countries outside the EU, it may take up to 14 days for the goods to be delivered.

We will inform you about the estimated delivery time of your order in the order overview and in the order confirmation e-mail.

In order to ensure that your order arrives especially quickly, we split some parcels: It may happen that some items in your order are shipped from different Luis Trenker shops.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking link by e-mail. For deliveries consisting of several parcels, you will receive one tracking link per parcel.
