Hand wash or special wool wash cycle:
Ideally, wool clothing should be washed by hand to protect the delicate wool fibres. If machine washing is necessary, use a special wool wash cycle with cold water and a mild, pH-neutral detergent.
Avoid unnecessary friction:
Never wring out wool clothing, as this can lead to deformation. Instead, gently squeeze out the excess water without rubbing or twisting the fibres.
Use a wool detergent:
Use special wool detergents that are gentle on the delicate wool fibres and do not contain bleach. Also avoid detergents with enzymes, as they can damage the fibres.
Dry lying flat:
Dry wool clothing flat on a towel to maintain its shape and prevent it from warping. Avoid hanging wool clothing, as it tends to stretch and deform.
Iron on a low temperature:
If ironing is necessary, use a low temperature and place a damp cloth between the iron and the wool garment to avoid direct contact. Iron on the reverse side of the fabric to prevent shine or burning.

The benefits of wool
Wool clothing offers a unique combination of warmth, breathability and softness. The natural fibres regulate body temperature by absorbing and releasing moisture, making them particularly suitable for different weather conditions. Wool garments are naturally durable and radiate timeless elegance.
